We currently have an opening for a part-time position of Production Technician who would focus on the audio and video aspects of The Vine Church (“Vine”). The Production Technician would also work alongside the Production staff to develop, lead, and execute the technical aspects of events including External Bookings, Sunday Services, and non-Sunday weekend ministry events. The primary workdays will be Saturday and Sunday once sufficient training has been completed. The Production Technician will report directly to the Senior Production Technician.
Job Description
- Provide Production support to Vine weekend ministries’ events.
- Help with stage set-up and tear-down of all audio-visual equipment for all functions as needed. This would include, but not be limited to, microphones for singers, band equipment, lapel and/or head-set microphones, risers, screens, lights, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, stage monitors and in-ear monitors.
- Coordinate the production aspects of designated hired external events.
- Coordinate and execute Vine’s live sound requirements for Sunday Audio Team & live stream.
- Coordinate and execute designated events ranging from concerts, weddings, conferences, Church Everywhere, and Sunday Services as needed.
- Oversee Church equipment in a collaborative way, making sure all equipment is accounted for and is in working condition for larger external requests.
- Develop external & non-Sunday Vine Ministry Production processes and workflow to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in either audio or video production.
- Possess an intermediate level knowledge of every area of the Production Team, including audio, stage, lighting, visual, streaming, and video.
- Proactive, self-initiated to work and solve problems with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and highly attentive to details
- Support multiple tasks and be responsive to task execution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on weekends.

Salary: $150.00 - $200.00 per hour
