We are looking for a Project Specialist
Requirements:
*Advanced English
*Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity
*Knowledge of and experience with Project Management, execution tools and methodologies including Agile, waterfall.
Responsibilities:
Prepare progress reports.
Create progress presentations for senior management.
Make sure that team members meet deadlines.
Prior experience as a project specialist, project manager or a similar position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and manage budgets.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Degree in business management, project management or a related field is required.
You will be responsible for maintaining contact with the client and identifying and transmitting their expectations, requirements and preferences to the rest of the work teams.
You will coordinate weekly meetings with the work teams to keep track of the projects, detect improvements and solve possible problems that may arise during the course of the projects.
You will verify that the hours reported by the teams are aligned with what was agreed with the client.
You will analyze and implement operational efficiencies with the correct allocation of resources and time. You will implement strategies, tactics, coordination plans, implementation and reporting of results achieved.
You will collaborate with teams to generate protocols and high engagement cases with consumers.
You will allocate the necessary resources to achieve the objectives of each account in terms of profiles, budget and time.
You will detect growth opportunities in the clients you work with, ensuring the follow-up of the proposals and the effectiveness of the strategies.
