We are a Czech brand that would like to expand into the Polish market. That is why we are looking for a new Polish speaking colleague for the position of Customer care. Your primary responsibility will be to handle and assess incoming cases, ensuring that each case is thoroughly reviewed and analyzed, and passed further for follow up stages of the litigation process.
Day to day tasks:
- Communication with customers (mostly by phone, but also by email), solving their requirements, answering various questions, completing documents
- Maintaining up-to-date information in the internal system
- Related administration and internal communication
- Cooperation with external partners (law firms, economic experts etc.)
- It is not about active sales!
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish is essential for effective communication with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and legal professionals
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Reliability, punctuality, responsibility
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level necessary
- Ability to perceive priorities in work activities
- Knowledge of another world language welcomed, not a requirement
