Job Responsibilities
- Developing strategic DrivePro-Digital Business product marketing, strategic pricing and execution
- Lead and push DrivePro-Digital Business products business/sales strategy planning and execution to achieve profitable growth in China region
- Developing business targets by application, industries, channel
- Leading, driving and securing (accountable) strong business execution in all selected areas, all channels
- Developing Business Unit sales business plan and business case, resource allocation, execution plan
- Developing strong alignment/relationship/trust with Danfoss China regions, leading execution, and being a challenging touchpoint
- Supporting Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives (DPD) sales organization in executing, facilitating, and enabling success
- Supporting both sales and service partners in executing, supporting and enabling success
- Developing strong (Global & Local) Key Accounts esp. EU, channel, strategic customers, business development, pricing, Marketing team
- Leading sales and business development across Business Unit, divisions, and other segments (Climate)
- Influencing resource allocation, pricing execution, portfolio and priorities
- Securing portfolio activities execution running at full speed in China, in line with product management, product development and supply chain and building strong relation with Product Management/Product Development/Supply Chain
- Identifying opportunities for Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives (DPD) based on upcoming trends, legislation, standards, technology, channel, digitalization, ESG
- Define needs towards service delivery organization for further growth and customer satisfaction
- Feed market and competitor intelligence into BU
Background & Skills
- MS degree or higher in engineering, business, or similar field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in China
- Digital business related background is must
- Excellent analytical skills and execution oriented
- Strong direct and indirect leader, that naturally integrate with Danfoss Drives-Sales
- Well-developed understanding of how to navigate within a matrix organization to attract right attention on all levels
- Customer/commercial leadership experience and ability to facilitate customers interactions with credibility, confidence andThink Danfoss mentality
- Proven track record of leading through more than one business situation
- Excellent communication
- Fluent in English and Chinese language
