Customer Support Coordinator with SMM Experience [Philippines]


 

Role title: Administration Assistant

  • Good with running an office, strong CRM skills; client uses ServiceM8 or similar software
  • Strong focus on data entry, CRM management, follow-ups and process management
  • Excellent customer service skills, time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent English skills (both spoken and written)
  • Be the central administrative point in the business
  • Social media management, content creation and Canva

Key duties & requirements

  • Communicating with clients to request relevant support documents
  • Scheduling and managing the booking system of a busy trade business.
  • Talking calls and emails from clients, taking down information and booking them in.
  • Data entry: entering appointment notes into the CRM (ServiceM8), creating tasks for staff from these notes, updating data files as client progressed through pipeline
  • Preparing work orders, invoices and quotes
  • Processing payments
  • Checking timeline with jobs and tasks have been completed by the cleaners
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients at milestone points
  • Handle inbound and outbound client emails and calls
  • Be able to learn basic industry information easily
  • Complete file management
  • General office duties and assisting management
  • Seek Google reviews from clients, testimonials and managing feedback mechanisms
  • Operational reporting to the directors on all aspects of the business

Knowledge/Skills/attributes

  • An understanding of filling systems, CRM (ServiceM8) and cloud document management (an advantage but not a requirement)
  • Solid spoken and written English skills
  • Trade experience (helpful; but not required)
  • Technologically savvy and about to learn quickly
  • Strong computer skills, Office 365,
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, time management and multi-tasking

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
