Job Title: Fixed Assets Accountant

Requirements:

  • Transferable Iqama.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Proven experience as Fixed Assets Accountant or similar role.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Must have substantial ERP AP system experience, Preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, disposal, and transfers.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory checks to verify the existence and condition of fixed assets.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries for depreciation expense and reconcile fixed asset accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to fixed assets.
  • Perform periodic analysis of fixed asset accounts to identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations related to fixed assets.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to fixed asset management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
