Amicus Wealth is a new and exciting brand in the financial services industry. With offices based in the heart of the city at Moorgate, Amicus Wealth has an established client base comprised of city-based professionals, business owners and sports people.
Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £27,500 plus discretionary bonus of £2,500
Exam: Level 4 Diploma Support plus £1,250 salary per exam passed
Hours: 45 Hours per Week (5 Days per Week Mon - Friday)
Location: Bank, City of London
Job Summary:
To provide secretarial and administration support as required to head of ops
Duties include:
· Work with Head of Ops to administer projects on the back office system
· Data entry onto back office systems
· Occasional filing and post duties when needed
· Writing review letters
· Helping to gather client information/client packs for meetings
· Scanning / attaching / copying / printing documents for the advisers and paraplanners
· General office tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
Skills/qualifications:
· Prior-knowledge of intrinsic paperwork system - XPLAN – not essential, training can be provided if required
· You will be required to use standard applications to process, obtain and combine information – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
· Be able to complete some routine and non-routine tasks in an office environment
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage own time effectively
There will be opportunity within this role to progress for the right candidate. Possible progression in to paraplanning if candidates proves themselves to be hard working and keen to learn. This is a new role and we are keen to find someone who will grow into the role and make it their own.
