As the Two-Wheel Channel Sales Head, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective management and expansion of the two-wheeler channel. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to maximize market penetration and increase the company's market share. Your role will require strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the two-wheeler industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets in the twowheeler channel.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set sales targets and objectives for the team, and monitor progress against goals.
2. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals focused on the two-wheeler channel.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team to maximize their performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions when necessary.
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and other channel partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with channel partners to understand their needs and address any concerns.
4. Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's reach in the twowheeler market.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with dealerships and distributors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Explore innovative business models and distribution channels to drive sales growth.
5. Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and regulatory changes impacting the two-wheeler finance market.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Provide feedback and insights to the senior management team on market dynamics and potential business opportunities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the two-wheeler finance industry.
- Strong understanding of the two-wheeler market, including knowledge of competitors, products, and customer segments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop effective sales plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
