Providing professional reception and administrative service including but not limited to guest reception, incoming telephone call handling, co-ordinate conference room booking, procurement of stationary, event support and other office administrative duties.
Requirements :
- Tertiary educated or above
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Pleasant personality with good telephone manner
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and detail-oriented
