Are you passionate to deliver first-in-class retail and play experience to children in stores with LEGO brand?
With your retail expertise, we would formulate the most creative play experience and brand experience for LEGO brand in offline B2B channels!
Core Responsibilities
Closely work with Retail Marketing team on key GTM and campaigns retail solutions for offline B2B channel including POSM, building table, instore display etc. Lead two-day dialog between retail marketing team and channels to timeline reflect channel needs and priorities and ensure execution excellence in these channels.
Offline retail innovation project to support customer needs: top tier store renovation, new store opening with tailor made retail experiences etc.
Coordinate projects related to ad-hoc events to catch customer in-season opportunities. E.g. pop up events, clearance display etc.
Drive offline B2B channel FOC integrated plannings. Lead yearly and monthly offline B2B channel FOC planning with timeline process tracking.
Work with retail marketing and finance BP on offline retail marketing budget review. Make sure the finance progress is shared between retail marketing and channels on the same page.
Play your part in our team succeeding
B2B channel marketing works as Centre of excellence to support B2B channel business expansion for both online and offline channels. We help to deliver the brand experience and play experience to both LEGO consumer and shoppers. This role will mainly support offline B2B channel, which broadly spread LEGO experience to both Children and adults and play an important role for new LEGO user recruitment. This role also works very closely with both marketing team- retail marketing, and KAMs to make sure that our initiatives serve business purpose, also in line with overall brand guidelines and priorities.
Do you have what it takes?
5-years relevant experience in retail marketing.
Deep understanding in offline shopper behavior and insights.
Think in big picture. Good at performance tracking/review to draw concrete insights for future planning.
Excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure.
Professional experience in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, and PowerPoint)
